At RIGHT CLEAING L.L.C, we feel the key to our success, in a competitive service industry, is close supervision of trained professional Custodians. Following outline is the ‘back up’ our custodians receive to insured total customer satisfaction.
STEP 1: The appointment of an on-job supervisor directly responsible for the job training of assigned custodians in the job tasks and to see that all specifications are completed nightly. This individual may be full-time or part-time, depending on the size and complexity of the building.
STEP 2: An individual trained in all phases of basic cleaning is selected for placement. Once placement has been completed, and extensive training period is undertaken to teach the custodian the specifications and techniques to fulfill the approved level of cleanliness.
STEP 3: The assignment of an Area Supervisor. This person is a full-time trained professional who will oversee the building supervisor, inspect and insure Quality Control on an ongoing basis.
STEP 4: The District Manager assumes full responsibility for programming and scheduling periodic and special services in addition to liaison between Customer, area Supervisor and Building Supervisor.
STEP 5: Operation Manager. This individual has total responsibility for day-to-day functions of all RIGHT CLEANING L.L.C employees.
