1. Dispose of all refuse in waste baskets and place in in designated area using waste mobile lined with sanitary poly-liners to prevent leakage and odor. ( Liners to be furnished by RIGHT CLEANING and billed on an “as used” basis )
2. Thoroughly clean and disinfected all outlined lavatories fixtures, which include tiled bowls, urinals, wash basins, mirrors, water taps, drinking fountains and all dispensers, dust down topside of all partitions, doors, sills and ledges, mop floors and deodorize room.
3. Refill toilet tissues towels, soap etc: such personal items to be furnished by RIGHT CLEANING and billed on an ” as used” basis.
4. Thoroughly dust all horizontal surfaces (flat) such as desk tops. File cabinet tops, window sills, partition ledges and articles of office furniture using DOST CONTROL SYSTEM.
5. Maintain the main entrance by sweeping, vacuuming, and/or dusting: clean banister and edge moldings; spot clean when necessary due to poor weather conditions or spilage.
6. Dust mop the vinyl tile, linoleum, marble and parquet wood floors areas using DUST CONTROL MOPS.
7. Throughly wet mop the vinyl tile, linoleum and marble floor areas using commercial mop buckets and gear type wringers so as not to splash solution on walls.
8. Traffic vacuum carpeted areas or area that are traversed daily.
9. Clean passenger elevator: vacuum clean carpet damp wipe stainless steel walls and tracks.
10. Remove fingerprints and smudges from building entrance door glass.
11. Damp wipe all telephone receivers and dust base.
12. Spot clean tables and chairs in the lunchrooms removing food and spillage.
13. Wash/Sanitize sinks and counter tops in the kitchen/coffee areas and the lunchrooms.
14. Clean and disinfect all drinking fountains.
15. Leave on only designated lights that are to remain on.
16. Check windows, doors, and gates to maintain building security.
